The comfortable position of the holiday farmhouse is an ideal starting base for tourist excursion of only a few hours, for visiting some beautiful villages or relaxing on the beach. If you want an excursion for all the day you can discover the National Park of the Majella, Gran Sasso or the internal areas and have a look of the natural and beauty landscape.

From Pescara: take the super-way "Asse Attrezzato" in direction of Chieti-Roma and go out in Villareia-Chieti Scalo (approx. 17 km) towards Villareia (right). Follow the road sign Rosciano, after around 8 km there is a road-fork "Rosciano-Villa S. Giovanni", turn right in direction of Villa S. Giovanni and after only 250 mt , on the right you´ll see an asphalted uphill road which goes to our holiday farmhouse (there is a machine shop at the entrance).

Who's coming from north: take the motorway A14 and go out in Pescara Ovest-Chieti, at the exit you´ll find a cash-desk and after only 100 mt drive on the access road Pescara-Chieti and continue towards Roma. Exit in Villareia-Chieti Scalo (approx. 12 km) and drive in direction Villareia (right). Follow the road sign Rosciano, after around 8 km there is a road-fork "Rosciano-Villa S. Who's coming from Roma: take the motorway A24-A25 in direction of Pescara, exit in Alanno-Scafa and follow the road sign Alanno (right). After 1,5 km turn right in direction of Rosciano and continue towards the village by following the road signs. Cross the Village and after 2 km at the road-fork you have to turn left in direction of Villa S. Giovanni and after only 250 mt , on the right you´ll see an asphalted uphill road which goes to our holiday farmhouse (there is a machine shop at the entrance).
