Of steaming macaroni "alla chitarra", a grilled chicken, a lamb roast Majella are some of the dishes that guests can enjoy dining at the country house.
The kitchen, going through the country-life, using mainly product of season.

The garden is particularly rich in the summer.

The peaches of the orchard become syruped peaches to use for a delicious dessert; plums, figs and grapes are the basis of tasty jams for breakfast.

The tomato sauce used in the preparation of food, is homemade and so bread, baked once at week in old wood-oven. The meats coming from our farm are chicken, duck, rabbit and pork and we have a home production of hams, loins and sausages. For lamb and cheeses we address to other reliable small agricultural farms .

Various types of homemade cakes can be tasted after lunch, like the traditional "pizza doce" from Abruzzo, biscuits coming from threshing, wine-must biscuits, neole and parrozzo.

In addition, the farmhouse prepares custom sweets and salt biscuits for parties and birthdays.
